The service includes maintenance and control of all equipment (Transformer – Low and Low Voltage Tables), special measurements, cleaning, repairs, technical report with solutions for the proper operation of the substation and is categorized according to the criticalness of the installation and the requirements customer in two subcategories:

A. Annual Audit and Maintenance, including a visit by our specialized personnel, with a planned interruption of the substation’s electrification. It is proposed to be repeated once a year to ensure both the uninterrupted and safe operation of the substation and the optimal relationship between power consumption and performance of the Transformer.

B. Preventive Audit and Maintenance by Contract, including two or more visits per year and direct intervention by our workshop if required. It is recommended for installations in which, in addition to ensuring the uninterrupted and safe operation of the computer, it is necessary to prevent damage as well as to restore it immediately. In addition to the above, our company offers Recycling – Cleaning – Transformer Oil Dehydration with its own machine.

The service includes maintenance and control work on Generating Pairs. In addition to preventive work in the form of an annual Contract or a one-time visit, our company has the ability to give you the optimal solution to any problem encountered in the generator, generator or automation of the Power Generator.

The service includes maintenance, inspection, special measurements, cleaning, all UPS equipment (hardware – software) for the proper operation and continuous powering of the critical loads of the Electrical Installation. The service is provided either in the form of an annual contract or by a one-time visit by our specialized technicians.

The maintenance of Fire Extinguishing and Extinguishing Systems includes, but is not limited to, the following tasks:

• Maintenance and retreading of the extinguishing agent bottles
• Hydraulic control of bottles
• Disposal, control and placement of bottles
• Network and jet nozzle control
• Inspection and maintenance of the central fire extinguisher

  All above work is performed in accordance with applicable law

• Check the degree of corrosion of metal covers
• Thermographic inspection
• Check the clamps between the pipe joints with an appropriate torque wrench.

Our company, as the exclusive representative of MR in Greece, provides maintenance services for switches under load. Always in cooperation with MR, we provide field service in any area of Greece.

If the load (pollution or moisture samples) is such that it requires immediate cleaning, we proceed to clean the tank and oil by using the proprietary MAK type 2 machine. Next, a special dehumidifier is placed in the tank prevents the creation of moisture and the build up of fungus and other pollutants in oil.
