The engineers of the company in the Maintenance Department, for the preparation of the proposed Preventive Maintenance Program, take into account all the requirements of the installations and machinery as mentioned in the technical books of their manufacturers, the technical specifications of each installation, the specific requirements of the customer regarding criticalness of the facilities.

The Preventive Maintenance Program contains clear and detailed maintenance work on the facilities and machinery, as well as the annual frequency of these tasks. Preliminary maintenance and repairs work with qualified technical staff to ensure that work is carried out in a timely and timely manner.

In particular, we offer the following programs:

All Programs include 1 to 12 visits per year, depending on the criticalness of the facilities.

It includes a 24-hour (24-hour) response daily, including holidays, to cover all emergencies that may arise, whether due to human fault or machine age, or to extreme weather conditions.

For customers covered by maintenance contracts, our company is in a position to respond in the event of a breakdown directly, following the telephone contact of the responsible person with our responsible engineer. Damage recovery from a qualified technician of our company takes place at a time agreed with the customer, according to the installation requirements and its criticality.

IPEL manages the maintenance department with experienced personnel, consisting of 6 chief engineers and 12 licensed electricians, with extensive experience in maintenance of HM installations.
